for you. Our apartelle complex is situated in Nova Tierra village in Lanang, approx 5Km from
downtown davao and near to the international airport. The village itself is quiet and secluded and we
have 24hr front desk check-in and security on site for your peace of mind.

Our fully furnished apartments are spacious and with no expense spared. Each one features double
beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, Sky TV, a fully fitted kitchen, refrigerator, dining suite
and balcony. Or, if you prefer, we have several hotel style rooms which feature a double bed, en
suite bathroom, and Sky TV. Housekeeping is included for all our guests. Located in the garden is a
swimming pool and several covered seating areas to relax in.
If you fancy a cold beer, some pub grub or just somewhere to retire from the heat of the sun, the
Pirates underground British Pub is perfect. We stock all the San Miguel beers and international brews
such as Guiness, Murphys, Kilkenny and Strongbow to name a few. The pub also has a large billiards
table and darts board. Sky TV is shown on TV's throughout the bar and will feature whatever news or
sports channels you like, just make your request to the bar maid.
If you are arriving by air, we can arrange to pick you up from the airport. This service is available by
appointment and you should contact us early in the first instance. We can also help to arrange visits
to all the local attractions including Pearl Farm, Talikud island Paradise island and of course all the
